    ◊ What is the size and type of the Telling Space
    ◊ What time they should arrive/leave
    ◊ Who to ask for on arrival?


Logistics

    ◊ Audience size for each session.
    ◊ Start and finish time of sessions.
    ◊ Location of each session (Will the Teller or the Audience move).
    ◊ What is the demographic (the age,gender etc.) of audience.
    ◊ Does anyone attending have any special needs the Teller should be aware of?

The style and feel.

    ◊ Is there a theme for your event?
    ◊ Are there any types of story or topics that you particularly want to be included?
    ◊ Are there stories or topics that would be inappropriate for your event?
    ◊ What are the Aims,Objectives or Outcomes of the event (If any)?
    ◊ Do you have any traditional activity that you would like the event to start or finish with?
