Attendance

    Date
    Start and finish time of event,
    What is the size and type of the Telling Space
    What time they should arrive/leave
    Who to ask for on arrival?


Logistics

    Audience size for each session.
    Start and finish time of sessions.
    Location of each session (Will the Teller or the Audience move).
    What is the demographic (the age,gender etc.) of audience.
    Does anyone attending have any special needs the Teller should be aware of?

The style and feel.

    Is there a theme for your event?
    Are there any types of story or topics that you particularly want to be included?
    Are there stories or topics that would be inappropriate for your event?
    What are the Aims,Objectives or Outcomes of the event (If any)?
    Do you have any traditional activity that you would like the event to start or finish with?
